Pam Bradshaw began her career as a Registered Nurse in 1990. Pam’s primary background is critical care with experience in multiple areas of acute care. She is certified in critical care and nursing administration. She has been in a leadership role since 1992, starting as a charge nurse and working her way up to the current role of CNO.She serves on nursing advisory boards at both Midwestern State University and Vernon College as well as other boards in her community.
Pam is currently the CNO and Vice President of Nursing and Clinical Services at United Regional Health Care System in Wichita Falls, TX. She has been with the organization since 2002.
Pam has been married to Richard since 1989 and has three children.

Pamela Craig, RN, BSN, is the chief nursing officer at Seton Medical Center Harker Heights. She specializes in analysis and development of nursing systems, with a special focus on integration of the nursing process at all levels of service, including administration. Pam has been devoted to nursing for 24 years, beginning as a staff nurse in various clinical settings, including medical/surgical, psychiatry, and women’s services. Early in her career, she developed an interest in the efficient organization of nursing services, with an emphasis on both patient outcome and nursing satisfaction. Her interest and skills in these areas were further developed in a community health center setting where she worked as a health educator and eventually advanced to become assistant director. Pam was previously with Brownwood Regional Medical Center for the past eight years, starting as nursing projects director, and five years ago advanced to the position of chief nursing officer.
Pam received her bachelor of science in nursing from Grand Canyon College (now Grand Canyon University) in Phoenix, AZ. She is a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives, the Texas Organization of Nurse Executives, and the Texas Nurses Association. Ms Crider is an experienced nursing executive and educator who holds a BS and MS in Nursing and a Diploma in Accounting and Finance. She has held a variety of nursing leadership positions including Vice President of Nursing at St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital, CNO at Columbia/HCA Bellaire Medical Center, Center Administrative Director at M. D. Anderson Cancer Center, Clinic Director at Executive Health Exams International, Director of Nursing Education, Harris County Hospital District and Director of Nursing, Administrative Operations of Morristown Memorial Hospital. Ms. Crider has served as clinical faculty and lecturer for both undergraduate and graduate nursing programs. Nancy Rout, RN MBA,CPHQ, CNAA,FACHE is currently the Chief Nursing Officer, and Ethics and Compliance Officer for Las Palmas Medical Center, in El Paso, Texas. She has been the Chief Nursing Officer since 1995, prior to that she was the Vice President for Quality for the two HCA facilities in El Paso. She has been the Nursing Executive in acute care hospitals in Illinois and Arizona prior to coming to Texas.
